About Droog's Woodworking

Welcome to Droog's Woodworking! We are a Holland, MI based couple with a passion for creating functional art for the home. Over the last few years we began by making items for our own home and we are excited to share these items with others. Each product we sell is handmade by us. We start with a live edge black walnut slab bought from a small business here in West Michigan.  After much sanding and care the natural character of the wood is able to shine through and is complemented by the epoxy.
We want you to enjoy your product to the fullest. Please follow the care instructions below to ensure the natural beauty of your product lasts.

Recommended Care for our Products:

Tables
- Use a clean cloth or wet paper towel to wipe down the surface.
- The finish we use is durable and can withstand a lot. Avoid placing glasses of liquid directly on the surface as well as items that may easily scratch the finish.

Charcuterie Boards
- Each tray is polished with food grade butcher block oil, making it great for serving charcuterie spreads.
- Hand wash with dish soap after each use
- We don't recommend cutting or using sharp objects on it
- After some washes if surface gets dull, a food grade oil may be applied to restore the finish.

Lazy Susans
- Each tray is polished with food grade butcher block oil, making it great for serving charcuterie spreads. - Hand wash with dish soap after each use. We don’t recommend fully submerging these with the hardware for the lazy susan. Just scrub and rinse.
- We don't recommend cutting or using sharp objects on it
- After some washes if surface gets dull, a food grade oil may be applied to restore the finish

Coasters
- Our coasters are finished with the same oil as our tables, making them very durable. Wipe with a wet paper towel and use soap as needed.
